"Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" is a song by the British synth-pop duo Eurythmics. It was released in January 1983 by RCA Records as the fourth and final single from their second album, Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) (1983). It was Eurythmics' breakthrough hit, establishing them worldwide.
